Colleague UI Incomplete Loading and Slowness
Some users are experiencing issues with Colleague UI, including incomplete loading and slow performance. An escalated support ticket is open with Ellucian. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

Earlier today, some users encountered slow page loading and difficulty logging into Colleague UI. The issue is now resolved and full service is restored.

Some users are experiencing performance issues with Colleague UI again, including slow loading and login difficulties. This appears to be a recurrence of the earlier incident today. Ellucian is actively investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available. Self-Service remains fully operational and unaffected.

Microsoft has fully restored email delivery. Messages sent from external senders earlier today, Thursday, January 22, 2026, are now being delivered to user mailboxes. If you continue to experience any email issues, please contact itshelp@aurora.edu.

The migration of Self-Service and Colleague to Ellucian Colleague SaaS is complete. Access to Self-Service and Colleague UI is now available through Okta.
