AU Phones Unable to Receive External Calls

Currently, AU phones are unable to receive calls from external phone numbers. Internal calls are still functioning. Campus Public Safety can be reached via the CPS backup phone number at 630-931-2931. An update will be provided once further information is available from our phone system vendor, RingCentral.
