Users may encounter an error message when attempting to access shared Outlook mailboxes. Microsoft is currently investigating the issue and an update will be shared when more information is available.

Currently, AU phones are unable to receive calls from external phone numbers. Internal calls are still functioning. Campus Public Safety can be reached via the CPS backup phone number at 630-931-2931. An update will be provided once further information is available from our phone system vendor, RingCentral. We apologize for the disruption of phone service.
