Some shared Outlook calendars may have syncing delays. Microsoft is currently working on a resolution to the issue. An update will be provided when more information is available.

Currently, AU phones are unable to receive calls from external phone numbers. Internal calls are still functioning. Campus Public Safety can be reached via the CPS backup phone number at 630-931-2931. An update will be provided once further information is available from our phone system vendor, RingCentral. We apologize for the disruption of phone service.

Microsoft is applying a fix for the sporadic Outlook email issue that is currently ongoing.  ITS will continue to monitor.

There are currently issues with Colleague and Self-Service and ITS is working to resolve the issue. An update will be available soon.

Print jobs are currently not appearing in the queue after printing. ITS is working with the vendor to resolve the issue.

The Spartan-Devices network, specifically in residence halls, is currently impacted by a WiFi issue. A potential solution has been identified by ITS but it may take time to complete.

The internet service on campus is currently unavailable. ITS is aware of the issue and investigating it further.

There are issues with the AU phone system including external calling to AU phones and calling from AU phones to external lines. There is currently an area-wide outage with the university’s phone server vendor. An update will follow as soon as more information is available.
