Some users are experiencing issues with Colleague UI, including incomplete loading and slow performance. An escalated support ticket is open with Ellucian. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

The university’s Colleague system, which powers Self-Service, will transition to a cloud-based environment beginning Wednesday, January 14. Both systems will be unavailable during the transition. The move is part of a broader modernization effort to improve performance, security and long-term flexibility. Users may experience issues signing in to some Microsoft 365 services and portals, and accessing apps such as Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Microsoft has identified the cause and is working to restore services. Recovery is in progress, and some users may continue to experience intermittent issues until the problem is resolved.

We are currently experiencing an internet service outage that is affecting the SSC Maintenance Office, the Copy Center, and Spartan Athletic Park. Our internet service provider is working to restore connectivity and anticipates resolution at approximately 7:21 pm CT today, Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
