Dunham Hall 010, 013 & 014
You can reset your password or MFA yourself at reset.aurora.edu using Nametag, AU's secure identity verification tool. You'll need a mobile device with a camera and a government-issued photo ID (not your AU ID card) to verify your identity. For instructions, visit Reset Password or MFA.
MFA adds an extra layer of security to your AU account by requiring a second verification—a push notification or code from the Okta Verify app on your mobile device—in addition to your password. This protects your account even if your password is compromised. If you receive a verification notification you didn't initiate, do not approve it—decline it and change your password immediately. Setup instructions for Okta Verify are available at Okta Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Dunham Hall is located at 1400 Marseillaise Place, Aurora, IL 60506 between Jenks Hall and Alumni Hall. Note that Dunham Hall is not the same building as John C. Dunham Hall, which is on a different part of the campus.
ITS is on the lower level of Dunham Hall. Technical Support offices are in Dunham Hall 013 (inside the Dunham 010 computer lab) and Dunham Hall 014 (in the hallway).
Devices like game consoles, smart TVs, and streaming devices must be registered in ClearPass before they can connect to the Spartan-Devices network.
To register, sign in at clearpass.aurora.edu with your AU username and password—note that the site is only accessible while connected to the AU-Spartans network or from an AU lab computer. You'll need your device's MAC address to complete registration. For instructions, visit Wireless Device Registration.
Sign in to Okta and select the Brightspace app, or use the Brightspace Pulse app. For details, including Pulse app setup, visit Accessing Brightspace.
