The AU phone system should be operational now. Phones started to operate again around 4:05 PM and the university’s vendor has communicated that services are being restored. Please contact itshelp@aurora.edu if you experience issues receiving or making calls outside of AU.
There are issues with the AU phone system including external calling to AU phones and calling from AU phones to external lines.
