Due to a critical networking component replacement in Dunham Hall recommended by our internet service provider, ITS will complete the hardware replacement on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

During this one-hour window, all network-based services including Brightspace, Self-Service, Colleague, Library databases, eBill, campus phones, and the AU website will be unavailable from on-campus locations. Email access will remain available from off-campus and mobile devices with cellular service.

The backup CPS phone line at 630-931-2931 will be operational during this period. We apologize for the short notice and appreciate your patience as we work to improve campus connectivity.
