ITS is replacing an additional networking component in Dunham Hall Wednesday, September 3, 2025, beginning at 5:00 am. It is anticipated that it will take one hour or until approximately 6:00 am until the work is complete.

From the 5:00 am to 6:00 am timeframe, on-campus users will be unable to access services including Brightspace, Self-Service, Colleague, library databases, eBill, campus phones, and the AU website.
Email will remain accessible from off-campus locations, and mobile devices with cellular service will continue to function normally. A backup CPS line will be available at 630-931-2931 during the hardware replacement.
