8/23/25 Internet Outage Resolved
Our internet service provider was able to restore internet services sooner than expected and university services including Brightspace, Self-Service, Colleague UI, Library Databases, eBill, on-campus phones, and the aurora.edu website should now be accessible.
ITS is continuing to monitor network stability. If you experience connectivity issues or problems accessing university services, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at itshelp@aurora.edu.
