On Friday, August 2, 2024, ITS will replace the battery backup system in the Dunham Hall Data Center. The battery backup system maintains the AU IT infrastructure during power outages. As a result of the system replacement, two scheduled internet outages will occur at 6:00 am and 5:00 pm, lasting 5 to 10 minutes each time. During these periods, AU services including the On-Campus Moodle app, Self-Service, and Outlook will be inaccessible from on-campus and off-campus.
