Microsoft fully resolved their O365 issues late evening on 11/25 and email is fully accessible now. Please contact itshelp@aurora.edu if you are still unable to access email.
Microsoft is applying a fix for the sporadic Outlook email issue that is currently ongoing. ITS will continue to monitor.
Colleague, Self-Service and other Ellucian-related services are back online. If you are still experiencing issues accessing Colleague or Self-Service, please contact itshelp@aurora.edu.
