We are currently experiencing campus-wide phone service disruptions. Users are experiencing issues dialing out and reporting no audio during calls, even when connections are successfully placed or received. Our VoIP provider’s status page currently shows no reported outages, but ITS is investigating the issue.

A phishing email was sent on Monday, July 28, 2025 with a subject similar to “INSTRUMENTS FOR MUSIC AND CAMERA GIVEAWAY.” If you received the email, please report it via Outlook. If you responded to it with your information, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at itshelp@aurora.edu.
