RingCentral SMS Unavailable

February 25, 2025

Users are unable to receive inbound and outbound text messages using university phone numbers and the issue is currently pending action from the university’s VoIP vendor, RingCentral. An update will be shared as soon as it is available.

Outlook Calendar Delays Resolved

The issue causing delays in shared Outlook calendars is now resolved. If you continue to experience any calendar-related issues, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at itshelp@aurora.edu for assistance.

Outlook Calendar Syncing Delays

Some shared Outlook calendars may have syncing delays. Microsoft is currently working on a resolution to the issue. An update will be provided when more information is available.

AU Phone Services Restored

The university’s phone service provider, RingCentral, has provided an update that phone services are starting to be restored. AU Phones Unable to Receive External Calls

Currently, AU phones are unable to receive calls from external phone numbers. Internal calls are still functioning.
