Users are unable to receive inbound and outbound text messages using university phone numbers and the issue is currently pending action from the university’s VoIP vendor, RingCentral. An update will be shared as soon as it is available.

The university’s phone service provider, RingCentral, has provided an update that phone services are starting to be restored. ITS has conducted multiple system tests, and AU phones can now successfully make and receive external calls. ITS will continue monitoring for issues.
